The 'most difficult' trick from my routine was this chest press with a value of 0.8

I was worried if I would manage to get it in time. Mostly because of an infection in my chest caused by this skill😅. But some ibuprofen and putting the pole in a slightly different place did the trick🤗
I'm very proud that I managed to showcase it.

Yesterday was competition day! Finally😅 I was super nervous but also very excited. This was my first time competing at the Dutch championships so I didn't know what to expect. But the pole community is full of amazing people who really support each other. I had a good time backstage and with the people who came to support me ❤️. I'm really blessed with such amazing people around me.

My routine went super well and I am very happy with my performance. So funny how I'm so nervous before but I forget everything when I perform and I just enjoy every moment. The routine was very clean, and the score really surprised me! It even got me first place in my category!🥇

Now I'm really tired from a long day and so much training. Right now I'll take some rest before I get back into training again. Photos and videos will follow soon!
