I’ve deduced that using one of those mobile carts at the grocery store (my brain can’t come up with the correct term) would help my experience but because I can walk & the checkouts where I live aren’t set up to be able to go through with them, the option would only work if I had someone else with me. Also why are disabled people judged so harshly esp when it’s invisible? This is part of why I dread grocery shopping so much & wait until I have a long list :cries:

@Kayray Recently came to not beating myself up about days like this. Too bad our society is so "doing" focused. It taken a while to just accept those days where getting up to do anything is just too much.
