Conversion Practices are #interventions #aimed at #changing, #repressing or #suppressing the #sexualorientation, #genderidentity and/or #genderexpression of LGBTQ+ #persons.

Ulrich Dirnagl from BIH Quest is our first keynote speaker of the day. He will talk about #interventions to change behavior and adopt tools at Charite Berlin. Specifically, he will discuss changes in promotion and assessment guidelines and the introduction of #electronicLabnoteBooks at a large scale.

Ana Martinovici, a OSC-NL board member and Sonja Meeuwsen, the head of the #OpenScience program at LUMC will respond to this talk.
