So,I wanted to try #Soundcloud because they have more artists I'm interested in.

1. Using a Mozilla relay mail address makes them think I'm a robot, ok, fair. I didn't want them to have my mail address, but fine.

2. So I use one of my plus mail addresses. "You're a robot" again.

3. I try from mobile, with the same address as step two, because that is what they suggest you try. Same. It seems I'm a robot.

4. I try to contact their support. Their idea of support is obviously to exclusively provide a chatbot. The chatbot never loads, keeps telling me it couldn't fetch its messages or whatever. What messages I'll probably never know.

5. I look for a mail address of theirs everywhere. Finally find one, on an independent website that is not affiliated with #SoundCloud .
Explain the problem of steps 1-4.

They write me that I should use their FUCKING chatbot. Which, again, DOES. NOT. WORK.

Yeah, bet somebody's rich and happy because Soundcloud has a chatbot. Not the problem that it doesn't work, not a problem that you can't reach their support, I suppose, because some asshole is richer now.

The internet has become a place full of shit. Unfortunately, the democratisation that the internet brings also brought in idiots and snake oil merchants.
