Un’operazione della Guardia di Finanza di Palermo ha portato al sequestro di numerosi gadget contraffatti riconducibili all’FC Internazionale Milano, destinati alla vendita in occasione dei festeggiamenti per la conquista del titolo.
L’attività rientra in un più ampio monitoraggio del web e dei social network finalizzato al contrasto della contraffazione online, condotto dai militari del Comando Provinciale di Palermo.
Il controllo a Termini Imerese
Le indagini hanno individuato un’attività commerciale con sede a Termini Imerese, operante nel settore pubblicitario, che promuoveva la vendita di prodotti non originali recanti loghi di squadre di Serie A.
Su delega della Procura della Repubblica, i finanzieri del Gruppo di Termini Imerese hanno eseguito una perquisizione nei locali della ditta, dove sono stati rinvenuti e sequestrati materiali e attrezzature utilizzati per la produzione dei gadget.

An operation by the Guardia di Finanza (Financial Police) in Palermo led to the seizure of numerous counterfeit merchandise related to FC Internazionale Milano, intended for sale during celebrations of the team’s conquest of the title.

The activity is part of a broader monitoring of the web and social networks aimed at combating online counterfeiting, conducted by the military of the Provincial Command of Palermo.

The Control in Termini Imerese

The investigation identified a commercial business based in Termini Imerese, operating in the advertising sector, which was promoting the sale of non-original products bearing the logos of Serie A teams.

On behalf of the Public Prosecutor's Office, the financial police of the Termini Imerese Group carried out a search of the company’s premises, where materials and equipment used for the production of the merchandise were found and seized.
