庭にて。石楠花が綺麗に咲いてる。

ブンブンいってるなーと思ったらクマバチが。
花粉団子を一生懸命作ってるコマルハナバチも。
モコモコしてる見た目もそのしぐさも可愛すぎる。

Easter Monday bug of the day 🪲

A dor beetle (Anoplotrupes stercorosus) in the forest above the Peterstal. A very dark black-blue on top, they are a beautiful metallic blue underneath, as can be glimpsed in this one’s rear leg.

As seen on a family walk to the Teltschikturm atop the Schreisheimer Kopf at 530 metres amsl. Windy up there today 😬✌️

With some nice warm sunshine, it's back to bug of the day 🌞

This is a rose chafer (Cetonia aurata), which flew away very rapidly shortly after this photo was taken 🪲

Still need to have more time & patience (from me & the insects) to get deeper depth-of-focus in my macro shots 🤷‍♂️

今日は暖かったからか、昆虫いた。首の部分が透明🫥みたいに見える。😳

調べたところ、スジチャタテムシに似てるけど…。何なのか不明。😅

昨夜見かけた「シンジュキノカワガ」、外来種でした。最近近所でちらほらいかけます。原産国は中国とのこと。

寒そうでした。🥶 このまま越冬するのかな？？
