Well into Inkvember and most probably Inkcember by the time I'm done this year. :)

Somehow, I haven’t felt much enthusiasm towards #Inktober this year. Maybe because I’ve already completed it twice (in 2020 and 2022), so it doesn’t feel like such an exciting challenge anymore. Or maybe because I have plenty of other creative outlets at the moment. Maybe this year’s prompt list is a little meh. All are true statements.

Still, yesterday my brain felt it necessary to trace a page full of buttons and paint them with Winsor & Newton color inks I haven’t used in ages. The colors are actually kinda ugly together. But this was just one of those obsessive processes where my mind just snapped into gear and would not stop for anything until the page was full.
