Why didn’t Batman tell Firestorm or Blue Beetle about the plan to release Superman in the Red Sun Prison?

Wouldn’t informing the two in advance prevent them from fighting against all the other superheroes (Cyborg, Wonder Woman, etc.) and confuse the two since most of them are evil and one of them (Robin, Damian Wayne) murdered someone and blamed Batman?
