#Duathlon brick workout today. First time doing such a workout.

I started the bike part at Central Park but there was a NYRR race, so I had to come back home and use the #IndoorTrainer🤦‍♂️
The second #run after the bike was a bit warmer, but still enjoyable, especially compared to the past three days.

I’ve got a MacBookPro #MBP 2014 which is gonna be out of #OSX support completely this fall. I need to run an #IndoorTrainer application on it also in the future but I have no clue how to do it.

The app should have access to the #ANT+ dongle data, plugged in to the #USB port yet it has no #linux version available - only #OSX, #Android, #IOS and #windows versions.
