An 18-year-old woman in Memphis, Tennessee, has been charged with murder after shooting a 58-year-old man 14 times. According to court documents, a 5-year-old girl had reported three to four weeks earlier that the man, Noe Santillan Rincon, had touched her inappropriately.

Alishon Torres reportedly confronted Rincon, asked to borrow his phone, and then shot him multiple times inside a van. She later drove the vehicle to an abandoned house and attempted to repaint it to conceal evidence.
