Beta 3 of the overlays for owncast streamers is out!

Not a biggie for regular users, but now we have comprehensive docs for developers and self hosters.

Bonus change: if you disable the "Full width" message options, you can now choose to align the messages to the right, as seen in this screenshot featuring my personal favorite theme "Nebula".

If you have missed the previous betas, you're in for a surprise.
