I heard about the You Tube report about #IndieAnimation. And It is cool that indie is getting real attention.

However.

I dont trust YouTube. And while I'm not saying the report is wrong. I do wonder if YT hired a communications&marketing expert to try to ~tie~ indie anim' to YT. The "made for YT" lang is kinda enshitty sounding. Making it sound like indie anim' ~only~ could work on YT. While Vemeo or even FB video (ew) could host crowdfunded anim.
