robocopy on windows11 doesn't seem to read and reset the archive bit of cryptomator encrypted files on a nextcloud sync'd directory when syncing to a Synology NAs.

Parms like /MIR or "/m /s" all do the same: backup the whole dir.

Would anyone have a clue what happens? And is there a better way to do this WITHOUT rclone (because setting that up for a NAS is hell on wheels, and I don't believe in hell).
