I learned something making these #neon #mycelium for #DebCzeresko . When bombarding the tubes to clean them we typically add a curled piece of #paper as a guage and tell the bombardier when the tube is hot. The papers on these little 8mm tubes incinerated (good), but the heat from the burning paper was enough to cause the already heated glass to suck in- at which point it still lit from the hot conductive glass . #learning #handmade #itselectric #bombard #incinerate #nerd #brooklyn #nyc #glass
