Purple Light Up – Shining a Light on Inclusion: HZDR takes part in global campaign to mark 2023 International Day of Persons with Disabilities - Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden-Rossendorf, HZDR
In the evening hours around December 3, 2023, the entrance area of the Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden-Rossendorf (HZDR) will be lit up in purple. With this action, the Saxon research facility is once again joining the Purple Light up campaign, which takes place annually to mark the International Day of Persons with Disabilities. The aim of this initiative is to raise public awareness for the rights and concerns of people with disabilities. To this end, companies and organizations worldwide use the color "purple" (purple/violet) symbolically for a wide range of activities.
