Mä olen onnistunut hankkiutumaan jonkinlaiseen limboon.

Jo aiemmin valittelin täällä(kin), että kovasti himoitsemaani teosta 'Ichigo Ichie - hetkessä elämisen taito japanilaisittain' on täysin mahdotonta löytää ja ostaa omaan hyllyyn.

Kyseisessä teoksessa mainitaan Henry David Thoreaun 'Walden - elämää metsässä' ja kiinnostuin siitäkin. Siispä piruuttani aloitin etsimisen, että mihis hintaan tämän saisi.

Noh, tori.fi:ssä on yksi kappale hintaan 55€. Kaikki muut kaupat myyvät ei-oota. Myöskään netin antikvariaattikatsauksella ei ollut muuta tarjottavaa.

Jälkimmäistä näistä ei ole pakko ostaa tietenkään, siihen käytän kirjastoa mielelläni. Mutta tuo ensiksi mainittu olisi mahtavaa saada hyllyyn.

Toivottavasti seuraavat hotsittavat kirjahankinnat olisi vähän helpompia 😄

Tuli vastaan aivan uskomattoman puhutteleva kirja:

Héctor García & Francesc Miralles: Ichigo ichie - Hetkessä elämisen taito japanilaisittain.

En voi käsittää, että kuinka kauniisti ja minuun syvään menevällä tavalla japanilaiset puhuvat elämästä. Vielä on kuuntelu hiukan kesken, mutta olen jo monesti pysäyttänyt kirjan ihan vain itkeäkseni hetken.

Nykyisellään ostelen fyysisiä kirjoja harvoin: lähinnä sellaisia teoksia, joilla on uudelleenlukuarvoa tai jotka ovat tehneet minuun suuren vaikutuksen. Tämä meni juuri hankintalistalle.

J’ai découvert l’expression 一期一会 (ichi-go ichi-e) qui signifie « un temps, une rencontre ») et dont le sens philosophique exprime l’idée que chaque instant est précieux car unique et fugace, utilisé dans le bouddhisme zen japonais. Tout ça, je le découvre sur la page Wikipedia. Et puis dans les pages annexes proposées je vois « YOLO ». Oui. Aussi. On peut résumer cette expression à ça aussi, oui… 😆

"I'd say I've seen some beautiful days, I've walked countless coastlines, awoken on mountain tops, I have seen death and birth and kissed good lips.

I don't need a music machine telling me what a good story is, and matter of fact I've never asked nothing from nobody.

I've taken my motorbike down the Pacific 101 and I have stood atop the Empire State Building with my father.
I've ridden in fear, although, I was afraid every single time.
