The BirdHot Water problems may finally be fixed after 2.5 weeks of no hot water. The last tech got the pilot light on but didn't check if it'd STAY on after the tank got used. That was the problem. So next tech came and replaced a part. And now I get to test if it works over the next few days. Younger sister and some mutual aid folks helped fund this.
Cost less to replace the component than get a new heater.

Me, to doctor yesterday: I don’t know why I’m so very tired…I really don’t have time for this and I’m out of sick hours and not getting paid isn’t an option. I’m sleeping a lot and taking care of myself. The covid test was negative and I already had the flu, so…what the hey??
