AtiyaI decided to attempt the project I scrapped in May, then realized I hated the fabric. There is no law saying that fabric has to go with that project. Thankfully I started taking pictures, last July, of fabric as I order or purchase them. I was able to pick out something and didn't even need to double check the yardage.
When I found it, I found another good option so I decided to prewash them both. I complain about my fabric stash being too big, then I have moments like this.
Just remember, there is no law that says you have to use your planned fabric, for your everyday wardrobe. You can make whatever you want. It took me almost two months to remember that. Don't be like me.
Also, if you don't already, take pics of your fabric as you buy it. That way you don't have to pull out your whole stash just to see what you have. Those pictures saved me at least an hour.
