Spontan = plötzlich aufgetreten
intrakraniell = innerhalb des Schädels
Hypotension = Unterdruck

Da die SIH durch den Verlust von #Liquor verursacht wird, nennt man sie auch schlicht #Liquorverlustsyndrom.

Ich poste chronologisch meine Erfahrung mit der Diagnose #SIH - spontane intrakranielle #Hypotension. Diese Krankheit ist selten, in der #Neurologie keine unbekannte und dennoch #unterdiagnostiziert.
