Having spend joyful time in #htmx and #hyperscript land for a personal project and especially enjoying https://github.com/xehrad/form-json to combine with #pydantic ... only to notice, when sending patches, that the author hasn't been too active on Github in the last months and then noticed that ... he's living in Iran. :(

Makes me incredibly sad to even have had the thought of the maintainer not being that responsive. I found a way to reach out, hoping he and his loved ones are safe.

Fuck this timeline. Fuck Trump. Fuck Maga. Fuck those war mongering make-the-squiggly-line-go-up bastards.

HTMX and Hyperscript has made web development fun again for me. Wanted to refactor the JSON input for countries, plan id etc. with select fields and validation in https://openpaymenthost.com (FOSS payments host); I got it done without React or having to write JavaScript.

Thanks to u/Trick_Ad_3234 on r/htmx for improving my hyperscript.

#GetFediHired: I am an #htmx and #hyperscript co-maintainer, as well as the creator of missing.css and a co-author of hypermedia.systems.

I am competent in both #frontend and #backend development, though more competitive in the former thanks to my strong knowledge of Web standards. I'm comfortable with most programming languages, though #javascript and #typescript would be my preference, Python being a close second.
