Did you know that you can ionize molecular oxygen into O_2+? Not a typo, 0_2+ is the correct spelling.
You might have heard of ClF_3, famously #hypergolic (catches fire/goes boom without ignition source) with everything from test engineers to asbestos.
You might also have heard of FOOF, really F_2O_2, but FOOF is the sound your test equipment makes when in contact with it.
But there's PtF_6 ?!??!! which oxidizes O_2 and even xenon.
