We’re on about day 5 or 6 after the hatch chili seed planting in the hydroponic garden. Sprouting should happen in 7-14 days … so we’re still in the “be patient” period!

Starting a new experiment in the #hydroponic #garden: hatch #chili plants. I doubt this will work, but I sure do miss those chilis.

#Garden plans made, going into my raised beds: potatoes, parsnips, beetroot, celeriac, sweetcorn, tomatoes and Brussel sprouts. I was going to try courgettes in some pots due to space.

Also thinking of doing a #hydroponic experiment again this year, last year I tried #aeroponics but might try a hydroponic wall with lettuce etc.

Little Basil to be!

Started over, cleaned out the system and now doing a single basil plant. I've done multiple here before, but this time just one to let it really flourish.

Started some sage in the #hydroponic because that seemed like the right thing to do on this full moon night. Going to put out some water to add to it under the moon tonight as well.

@tinker My first #Kratky #hydroponic attempts. Plant info in alt text. They are 5L buckets, with 4L of nutrient mix. They were established in my DWC unit, as I wanted to see if this setup supported already growing plants before I tried growing straight from seed (more likely to see issues sooner, was my logic).

Thanks again for your posts!

The season is over and today is the last update from the #garden. How do I prepare bananas for the winter? What upgrades I have installed to my #hydroponic indoor setup? That and even more in today's update! https://tcpj.dev/october-and-november-17-yearly-closure/
October and November #17: Yearly Closure

So it happened again. Everything is dead. You might be wondering why there is no October update and why there is a November update when November is clearly not over yet. It’s been a challenging season, to say the least. The amount of work I put in, objectively speaking,
