While five years experience of wide(r) hybrid working has suggested there may be little in the way of productivity improvement from hybrid work..... but:

it enhances worker/staff wellbeing;

if managed well (with anchor days for instance) it can actually enhance staff collaboration; and

by making work, work better for staff, it aids retention rates.

Only middle management may be sceptical, not least as they see power slipping away form them.

About 24 years ago, I met them for the first time and we worked together in various ways ever since; manufacturer-dealer, non formal business relationship, photography client, employee-employer and now as a subcontracter for photography and marketing services. It works great, both in the office in #Falkirk, on site covering their projects and here in the office in NL working on digital marketing!
