I bought celery this morning, picking out the leafiest bunch on the shelf. And I kept the water I drained off the #Hutspot I made a couple of days ago, that should make some fine soup!
Dutch cuisine, modernised and deconstructed: #hutspot, but with sweet potato instead of carrot, and the onions caramelised with the potatoes by slow-reducing then in a smoked chicken and pork bone stock. Served pre-hutst. And communal, with spoons.
