Visualizations for exploring and comparing texts in the humanities, arts and social sciences".

We will have a short tutorial on how to use the Word Rain text visualization technique, and discuss the use of word rains and word clouds in research.

I’m presenting a tool for manual transcription of speech data at HiC 2024 in Gothenburg on Thursday. The tool is oriented towards language documentation and Leipzig glossing rules, but can be used for other transcriptions as well.
