Seit über 20 Jahren verbindet unser Institut eine lebendige Kooperation mit dem Bildungswerk der Baden-Württembergischen Wirtschaft e. V.

Wir profitieren vom kontinuierlichen Dialog über bildungsbezogene Fragen im Wirtschaftskontext: Was verändert der demografische Wandel für Ausbildung, Weiterbildung und Lernen am Arbeitsplatz? Welche Rolle spielen Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung bei Transformationsprozessen? Wie gelingt Wissenstransfer in Unternehmen?

Die Herausforderungen, vor denen Personal- und Bildungsverantwortliche stehen, werden komplexer. Digitaler Wandel, Fachkräftemangel, Nachhaltigkeitstransformation sind gemeinsame Lern- und Forschungsfelder. Die Kooperation lebt durch Studienprojekte, Gastbeiträge, Praxisforen, verschiedene Vernetzungsformate.
