Sometimes I have the mindset: oh, my cat is asking me for the food I'm eating now, even though they have already eaten their cat food. For me, this is because this household, this family, and the cats are happy. Cats asking for food even though they have already eaten is a sign that they're happy, lol. The food I am eating, which even the cats want so much, is telling me that the food I'm eating is very tasty, so even the cats want it, lol.

Just watched my partner chew their way into the packaging of a Freezie like some sort of feral creature, despite the fact that ripping into the plastic with your teeth is decidedly more difficult than just grabbing the within-arms-reach scissors.

They insist that this is not weird, and that "everyone" opens Freezies like this.
