Out of all the devices in my home, the only one I’ve been able to print from successfully today is my phone. Something is wrong with this picture. #HPLIP
Bug #2089482 “bottoms of letters 'e', 's' and 'a' have white box...” : Bugs : HPLIP

When printing the test page for my HP OfficeJet Proc 8122e, the letters 'e', 's' and 'a' have similar-looking white boxes at the bottom. Interestingly it does not seem entirely deterministic: I've also had test pages print OK, but it has these same white boxes in the same 5 places most times. I'm attaching a photo and the output of hp-check. I'm on nixos-unstable, which has version 3.24.4 of hplip and 1.28.17 of cups-filters
