Hey, remember David Tennent in Jessica Jones? Cool, huh? NOW... imagine that but without any flair and a Bloodshot-sized wasted plot twist. This is so dumb that I honestly think it would've worked if they had a crazy director cranking shit up to 11 instead of Robert Rodriguez who, for some reason, feel the need to prove that he could direct an episode of NCIS if offered. But imagine this in the hand of, I don't know, a James Wan or Dario Argento? It still wouldn't make it a 5 star film, but it could've been a blast at least.
