Jess Franco’s Dracula, Prisoner of Frankenstein is an interesting oddity. With Howard Vernon as Dracula.

There's some Franco weirdness but mostly It's a homage to the Universal monster rallies of the 40s which Franco adored. This is Franco in fun mode (and he most certainly did have a sense of fun). The plot is totally insane. A crazy oddball movie.
