We have a pantry that has one of those latches with the little spring loaded roller wheels and the pin that clips between them when you close the door. It hasn't closed properly since we moved in, and I foolishly thought it would be a quick fix.
So, I bought a new pack of roller closures.
Then I went back to Bunnings today because apparently this, in the year of Our Lorde 2024, is the one product that still uses a straight screwdriver.
Now I'm going to have to go back to Bunnings for a drill bit because even though these are the same size roller clamps and look identical to what's in the cupboard, the screw holes are slightly further apart and I need to put a new hole in the door.
I was expecting it to take 10 - 15 minutes to change out all 3 closures, it's so far taken me 2 days and is about to take a 3rd.
To top it all off, my submissive is a carpenter. I could literally have just asked him to do it for me.
