Mehr Raum – weniger räumen

Herausnehmbare Schubkästen, die abwischbar sind – das war unsere Herausforderung. 💪
Außerdem mussten all unsere Sachen (von 2 Personen und 1 Hund🐾) einen festen Platz finden.
Nichts sollte ständig hin und her geräumt werden.
Und das alles sollte natürlich in unseren kurzen T4 passen.🚐
Keine leichte Aufgabe!

Nach vielem tüfteln entstand dann unser Euroboxen-System, mit dem wir all diese Dinge berücksichtigen konnten, und haben sogar noch Platz frei.✅
z.B. für unsere Werkzeugkiste 🛠️oder unsere Schmutzwäsche🧦.

More space - less tidying

Removable drawers that can be wiped clean - that was our challenge. 💪
Also, all our stuff (from 2 people and 1 dog🐾) had to find a permanent place.
Nothing should be constantly moved back and forth.
And of course all this should fit into our short T4.🚐
No easy task!

After a lot of fiddling, we came up with our Eurobox-System, with which we could take all these things into account, and even still have space free.✅
e.g. for our tool box🛠️ or our dirty laundry🧦.

Hikingtour mit Übernachtung im Zelt

Darauf hatte Georg schon lange richtig Bock.
Gesagt getan.
Mit Equipment bewaffnet machten wir uns auf in den Park Naturelle Haut-Languedoc

Und was soll ich sagen: sonderlich gut geschlafen habe in dieser Nacht nicht.
Ich hatte ständig einen Stein unter meiner Isomatte.
Und ist die Isomatte immer so hart?!
[Ich hör nur mimimi... 😁]🙈

Am nächsten Tag späten Nachmittag kamen wir fix und alle, aber Glücklich wieder an der Quest an.
Und das beste?
Noch nie hat sich unsere Matratze im Van so weich und bequem angefühlt.😅🙈

Manchmal weiß man halt erst was man hat, wenn man mal drauf verzichten musste.
Auf was könnt ihr auf keinen Fall verzichten?

Georg had been really keen on this for a long time.
No sooner said than done.
Armed with equipment, we set off for the Park Naturelle Haut-Languedoc.

And what can I say: I didn't sleep very well that night.
I constantly had a stone under my sleeping mat.
And is the sleeping mat always so hard?!
[I only hear mimimi... 😁]🙈

The next day, late in the afternoon, we arrived back at the Quest, exhausted but happy.
And the best thing?
Our mattress in the van has never felt so soft and comfortable.😅🙈

Sometimes you only know what you have when you have to do without it.
What can't you do without under any circumstances?

Nicht immer kann man erklären warum einen etwas Glücklich macht.
Es ist einfach das Gefühl daß sich ganz plötzlich einstellt.

Dieser Moment, jetzt.
Dieser Moment der zeigt wie schön diese Welt doch ist.
Dieser Moment, der mir gehört.

Nie hätte ich gedacht das mir genau das bein Anblick von Flamingos passiert. 🦩
Aber so war es, dabei bin ich gar kein Flamingo-Fan.
Aber so etwas zu sehen hier in #camargue hätte ich einfach nicht erwartet.

Kennt ihr auch dieses Gefühl von einem plötzlich unerwartetem Glücksmoment?

You can't always explain why something makes you happy.
It is simply the feeling that comes all of a sudden.

This moment that is happening to me right now.
This moment that shows me once again how beautiful this world is.
This moment that belongs to me.

I would never have thought that this would happen to me at the sight of flamingos. 🦩
But it did, and I'm not a flamingo fan.
But to see something like this here in #camargue, I just didn't expect it.
