Dryden Warmth Project opens drop-in centre for unhoused people in the community
After more than a year and a half of work, the Dryden Warmth Project opened the doors of its drop-in centre at 34E King St. on Saturday. The space, accessible by a back lane entrance, consists of a dedicated centre for people experiencing homelessness on Saturdays and Mondays from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m.

I'm gonna go talk to a homeless services agency now that no one but AI ever told me about, so that they can keep me off the streets.

Y'all can keep arguing amongst yourselves about my genocidal attempts to not get raped again.

No CW. I don't get one whenever someone tells me I should've stayed high and living in a horrible situation where I basically paid rent with sex because "AI BAD." If I don't get one, why do you deserve one?

The disabled homeless person who is just trying to make it is asking.

Hi, folks. As some of you know, I operate a mostly-one-man entertainment company, performing pub trivia, music bingo, DJ, and similar events.

Every December, I put on what I call my Giving Event. I take all of the tips I make for my shows during the month and donate them to a place called Grassroots Crisis Intervention Center. https://grassrootscrisis.org They're a local shelter providing emergency mental and behavioral care, crisis intervention, and services for the homeless. Anyway, I bundle the cash all up in January and drive a cashier's check by to them then. Last year, I was able to give $811.
