It's been a wild season of learning and growth. My goal was to increase my homestead's #biodiversity this growing season and while it was off to a slow cold start this spring... Everything has taken off with all this southern ontario heat/rain.

The things I get up to. 🙄

I am always finding random/foraged things in my pockets (or, finding them in the wash bc I forgot to take them out of my pockets).

Found a mint plant amidst the front garden chaos as I was harvesting bidens bipinnata and lactuca serriola today. My hands were busy/full, so I stashed some of the mint tops in my pocket and forgot about them.

Got in the car to head to a job and said to myself, uh, why am I smelling fresh mint?

I guess I'll put these into my water bottle instead of my pocket. 🤣
