This week is the 15th anniversary of Morana, America's first authentic Czech tmavé pivo, being brewed at Devils Backbone.

Kegging up my first #homebrew of the year, my single decoction kellerbier.

It finished at 5.1% abv and that colour is lovely. The sample has great balance, and I highly doubt the keg will last long!!

Plan now is to lager it for a total of 3 weeks, with the last week being used to carb to an appropriately low level for the style, and tap on the first Friday of February.
