It's that time of (every couple) month(s) where I have to think about how I will take HRT for the proximate future and this time I am thinking about homebrewing estrogen gels (so far always only bought stuff other people made). Does anybody have any experience if someone as incompetent (and non-sterile) as me can do that? The tutorials I found seem to indicate that it's quite reasonably easy (and cheap) to buy the ingredients in small quantities and make the gel.

Just went to link someone to the injection video guides done by Plume, which had been moved to this support webpage.
However, on doing so, we noticed that the previous, separate guides for intramuscular (IM) and subcutaneous (subQ) injections had been replaced with a newer but inferior video π
Plume previously caused a bit of a worry for a lot of folks when they rejigged their website structure. We wrote about that in this post in late July 2024.

DIY / homebrew HRT query on behalf of a trans gal we know, who lives in Sweden

How would someone in Sweden, hypothetically, get progesterone (P4) capsules or cream without a prescription, in light of Sweden's restrictive customs?
It goes without saying that this is necessary as Sweden, like the UK and other countries, has incredibly-poor gender-affirming healthcare for trans people 
Our current thoughts are:
- Find an EU-based pharmacy that's willing to sell progesterone cream without prescription, so customs don't check it πͺπΊ
- Get an EU-based friend to forward them on.
- Import progesterone API (CAS 57-83-0) and make them yourself π

Until recently, Plume had made IM and subQ injection videos here:
It seems to have been taken offline recently.
We had already downloaded the IM video and created a downloadble backup online in case it ever disappeared, but we did not do the same for the subQ one.
Did anyone happen to do the same perhaps for the subQ one? We want to be able to share both versions of these professional guides with others who want to learn how to do their injections safely from a trained medical professional.
We've already checked the WayBack Machine, but none of the snapshots seem to allow the videos to load π

We've been looking into the possibility of safely making micronised progesterone (P4) capsules or suppositories.
Whilst there's a decent suppository tutorial here, the issue is that it recommends PolyBlend Rx, which isn't available in the UK.
We've been looking into the potential for making oil filled capsules instead, but we've not had much luck thus far finding some trustworthy, verified tutorials.
Any suggestions folks?
In terms of ingredients, we will need to be able to order them to the UK.
