The Poppy War series by R.F. Kuang is one of the series I want to read this year. I have read Kuang’s Yellowface and Katabasis, and enjoyed both books. I’ve hear good things about this series and want to read her debut books.

The Shepherd King duology by Rachel Gillig was on my 2025 tbr and I was not able to read, so I am hoping I can read this year. I am hoping that this romantasy lives up to it’s hype.

I first heard about The Folk of the Air series by Holly Black on TT, and it was promoted as enemies to lovers. However, some reviews have said that romance is not the main focus of the book, and I feel more intrigued to read it now.

Jotenkin tuli tämmöinen fantasiakirja lainattua kirjastosta. Varsinkin loppua kohden tuli hypittyä tekstissä pitkiä pätkiä eteenpäin. Taitaa jäädä kirjasarjan lukeminen tähän.

Listening to The Coldest Girl in Coldtown, a Vampire #YoungAdultFiction by Holly Black [whose Folk of the Air-series, starting with The Cruel Prince, i LOVED!], I'm still undecided whether I'm in or out. It's ... strangely fascinating, even being a little bit shallow. Like a Vampire during dawn, haha.

Really love the names Black chose: Tana, Aden, Gavriel [the Vampire].
