We've been talking about how 2025 was likely to have been the last year of our big European adventure holidays.
Even foreign package trips are starting to look difficult in the future.

Once our planned (and booked) 2026 trips are over it looks like we're going to be putting our money in the pockets of British and Irish businesses instead.

It's purely and simply the cost of travel insurance for us both.

We've got a number of pre-existing conditions (she more than me) and we know full well of the need for insurance and the dangers of being less than honest with the money-grabbers.
