Flame-colored titanium chopsticks
These colors remind me so much of the viper’s bugloss flowers growing rampant around the place.
Started with some titanium stock and tapered it down on the lathe
my very first metal lathe project, it was literally a crash course
Then heated them up and gave these snazzy utensils a fancy reverse twist. Super happy with how they turned out!

Being a fan of #Clickspring, part of me would very much like a lathe and a mini-mill, of arguably good quality, and at a reasonable price. I'm not 'beholden' to buying american made, but let's skip the budget Chinees machines, thank you.

I have an e-bay search standing open for a Sherline lathe, 3.5x8 size is fine. "For parts" is acceptable. But my budget says under $500 USD. And the market says, nope, we want $600 or more. So, later.
