New mittens 🪡

For the last two days I've made myself a new pair of mittens. This time a thin leather pair that can be worn on their own or as a rain/wind layer on top of other pairs. The leather is from an old pair of broken leather trousers I bought second hand which I've stained this dark brown colour.

I felt the need for more folk touch, which led me to making a kavelfrans. It's a much looser one than many folk clothing objects have BUT it was my first ever try so next time it'll be a denser one! It's made with plant dyed wool yarns.
