Basically you spend 90 minutes reading questions and talking to your webcam. You are asked to be engaging and responsive... to... nothing. Just a computer.

The video is analyzed (apparently with some #AI and FR stuff) and then reviewed.

I just told a recruiter I wouldn't go through that process as it seems demeaning and oppressive.

Was I overreacting? Have I become a #xoomer? Should I be a less choosy beggar?
