One of the Broomhill high flats in the west of Glasgow against a winter sunrise. They were built in 1963 using the Tracoba method, a system based on pre-fabricated reinforced concrete panels lowered into place to speed up construction. Used across Glasgow, the flats built in this manner often suffered from major damp issues, such as the one in Hutchensontown, which became known as the Dampies and have now been demolished.
