I have spent the last year or so watching as #HighlandCouncil members were accused of failing to adequately represent their communities on energy issues so I wanted to put online video of the three local members David Fraser, Chris Ballance, and Emma Knox who gave thoughtful and powerful speeches to the committee considering an application for a huge substation.
