I participated in a trail run race. I’ve run trail before, but this is the first race I’ve done. Pictured is the most technical part of the trail. The altitude beat up my lungs—they couldn’t keep up with the rest of my body. Proud to have finished the 9.8 kilometers despite my lungs failing me. 💪🏽
