This is a meadow plant bug (Leptopterna dolabrata; German: Langhaarige Dolchwanze) on the underside of this plant. As it was evening the light was difficult but it creates an comfortable atmosphere for finding the little creature.

I remember this day very well. I was having a rest from biking and encounteres this little heteropteran. It was sitting relatively still on this plant amd was ready to be shot (by a camera).
