I have vivid memories of checking out Tintin volumes from the bookmobile that visited the community where I grew up and then reading them with excitement. I found this one at a book sale last summer and today I read it aloud to Celestine, bringing those memories to the surface and enjoying her delight at reading panels on her own.

Hergé's move into sci fi is a surprisingly natural fit, and I enjoyed taking in the crowded panels.
