Inssecure #Scaffold pole on truck came loose on #M4 #motorway in #Gwent #Wales due to heavy braking by truck #driver - the pole took off and speared the vehicle in front.
Luckily there were no injuries, the driver has been reported by #heddlu for insecure load and is likely to end up in #Court
