This is a 4 minute sample of what it’s like during the Connection Sessions at Arcadia (@arcadiacloud). We had our first session today, which turned out to be a success. Elly Jane (@ellyjane) and I work based on our intuition and our intention for creating a space for deep relaxation and healing. Every session will be different based on who is participating and what is happening along the way. Every session starts with me guiding the participants in a deep relaxing meditative state where they can surrender and receive. Then I stop and let Elly Jane continue her work, filling the space with a soothing and healing soundscape.
