One pipe? I don't want to get fresh water from the same pipe my toilet flushes into. The issues are about elderly pipes and how to organise fixing and manitaining them. Small councils don't have the expertise, funds or equipment to do the work as fast as is needed and slow downs effect communities and people's health. EG #HavelockNorth
