September now, a year later, I've decided to try #HashtagMe again.
Still the same non interchangeable masc/fem characters to switch from, the voice acting is gendered based on the character. But from what have heard, when story characters sometimes refer to your in third person, they/them is used, which makes sense that they'd do that so it's not doubling up the voice acting based on which you choose.
But yea, the character customisation.. is to say the least, way much better than what July last year at launch had. More hairstyles, more colours, and just better.
Still far from great, that this is the longest style for thr masc character. And like what could help it so much, by the avatars being interchangable, that it's the same base model, so clothing etc is all interchangeable.
But then last year I came into it with a very wanting it to be much like Zepeto aspect, and have a photobooths functionality and all and just bring all my OCs with me.
But then now, I'm coming into it more a bit wjth a Genshin kind of thinking, after playing that game and looking at such character as not me myself, but a character I'm playing as.
Though.. with that hair, that's very much me alright.. and the wolfie ears!!
The big bummer though.. umm look at the sign in options. Safe to say I just went with guest login.
A game that I'm looking forward to the social aspect of, having my friend on and seeing how that is. As something besides Zepeto, that's new for us both will be nice and I hope they want to play it 🥺. But yea, it's not perfect at all. But I hope that it can be a wholesome game fr and that don't have any shit that have had with HighRise and Zepeto.
I've gone with the global servers, since well global is where it is at in Zepeto, so I not wasting a breath in nothing with anything but global here.
One thing I find so awkward with the game though getting accustomed to, the camera adjustment and moving. Super wish it was more Zepeto dynamic in that aspect.
